The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to both the beach entrance and pool entrance. It was also conveniently located near Pier Park and other attractions, without being in the midst of heavy traffic. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay.

One major issue was the lack of control over the AC temperature in the room. The use of a NEST thermostat by the hotel meant that the owners were able to adjust the temperature in the room at any time, even during our stay.

Lovely place for traveling to Panama City Beach and sightseeing. Everything here was excellent; would stay here again.

We loved the easy check-in process with the key code entry. The hot tub and pool were beautiful and well-maintained, and being just across the street from the beach was a big plus. We felt safe walking around at night, even with our furry friend. The unit had a pretty decor and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, close to the beach entrance and pool entrance, and not too far from Pier Park and other attractions. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly neighbors.

I had a really great stay, with location near everything. The bed was comfortable, hardly wanted to go outside. Liked the staff; they were helpful and I felt welcomed.

Our recent stay at Portside Resort exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the pool area was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The condo itself was spacious, well-furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite a small issue with cleanliness upon arrival, the resort quickly addressed the problem and ensured our satisfaction. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here for a memorable vacation.

The facilities of the hotel were in poor condition. There was a water leak from the bathroom pipes that caused damage to the dining area below.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the beach and three pool options. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony with the provided chairs and tables. Additionally, there was a tennis court nearby and we appreciated finding tennis balls and rackets in the closet.

We had some negative experiences during our stay. The staff was not available for check-in and there was ongoing construction next door that disturbed our sleep.

our long term stay at Portside was fantastic! The pool was neat, the check-in staff were friendly, and the house was cozy. The location was convenient with the beach across the street, and having a golf cart gave us easy access to explore.
